Returns
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code can be returned but will be refunded at the discounted price.
What cannot be returned:
Items worn, washed, or damaged in any way
Items outside the 30-day return window
How to Return an Item:
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We will send you a return shipping label via email.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a similar sturdy box/envelope.
Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location (details provided in return email).
Please Note:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Processing Your Return:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return criteria. If approved, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) (minus original shipping costs) within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your unwanted item(s) and then place a new order for the desired item(s).

Alignment with Printify:
This policy aligns with Printify’s return and refund policy for damaged or defective items by offering a 30-day return window and requiring photographic proof of the issue.
However, it diverges by also offering returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within that window, which Printify does not support due to its print-on-demand model.
This additional provision is possible because you’ll be handling the return shipping and restocking yourself.
